Keystone Community Development Corporation (KCDC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization governed by the laws of the State of Texas exclusively for charitable, educational, and community based economic activities. KCDC currently provides homebuyer education classes, down payment assistance grants, financial empowerment counseling, and resources for military veterans. It is our goal to continuously refine our current programs and add any additional services that will keep us in line with the wants and needs of the communities that we serve. The staff at KCDC takes pride in maintaining certifications for homebuyer education and financial empowerment counseling. In addition, all employees make it a prime objective to attend conferences, trainings, and other programs that will enhance our knowledge of the products KCDC is able to make available to the community. We engage in all of the activities mentioned above so that we can act as a professional yet friendly advocate for those who need to utilize our products and services.
Christopher Fuller – Executive Director
Mr. Fuller serves as the Executive Director of Community Development for Keystone Community Development Corporation. He has earned a B.S. degree in Economics from Texas A&M University, a J.D. degree from South Texas College of Law, and is currently licensed as an attorney through the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Fuller has over 10 years of experience working in the non-profit sector and brings a lot of knowledge regarding community development to the table. Most of his work has revolved around client case management, nonprofit office management, and grant writing/fundraising. He is certified to teach both homebuyers’ education and financial empowerment courses. Mr. Fuller works hard to advocate for his clients in order to always leave a positive impact on their lives.
Anally Salazar – Community Outreach Specialist
Mrs. Salazar serves as the Community Outreach Specialist for Keystone Community Development Corporation. She holds a B.A. degree in Communication from the University of Houston – Downtown, and an Associates Degree in General Studies from San Jacinto College. Mrs. Salazar also has 7 years of combined experience in a credit union and community development environment. She has obtained certifications to teach homebuyers’ education and financial empowerment courses. Mrs. Salazar is an asset to this organization and works hard to meet the needs of members in the communities that we serve.
